Agia-Maria is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from St George’s, University of London, with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. She has over four years of post-graduate experience specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy and is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. Agia combines manual therapy, movement-based strategies, and tailored education to help her patients achieve their health and performance goals. Her expertise includes athlete rehabilitation, back pain, TMJ disorders, postoperative care, and women’s health.
In addition to her physiotherapy qualifications, Agia is an APPI-certified matwork Pilates instructor and Yoga Alliance-qualified teacher. She integrates Pilates and yoga into her treatment plans to enhance recovery, improve well-being, and promote long-term health.
Outside of work, Agia enjoys practicing yoga, playing football, attending church, and spending time with her friends and family.
Katrina is an experienced Physiotherapist who graduated from Monash University in Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons). Katrina worked in private practice in Australia for 3.5 years before joining Soho Physiotherapy.
Katrina is deeply committed to assisting individuals of all ages and abilities in realizing their full health potential and achieving their personal goals. She employs a blend of manual techniques and exercise rehabilitation to enhance outcomes, while inspiring people to embrace a more active lifestyle.
Outside the clinic, Katrina enjoys traveling, pilates, being active in nature and quality time with friends.
