Rebecca is an experienced Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor who graduated from La Trobe University in Australia with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice.
Rebecca is passionate about empowering people of all ages to make positive changes in their life, to improve their overall health and wellbeing. She aims to help people reach their individualised goals through using a combination of manual therapy techniques and movement based strategies. She is focused on educating patients to take an active approach to rehabilitation and strives to ensure everyone leaves each appointment feeling confident in their management plan to get back to participating in what matters most.
Outside the clinic, Rebecca enjoys playing netball, going to Pilates and spending time with friends.
Felipe is a qualified Physiotherapist, recognised with both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health Professions Council in the united kingdom.
He graduated from one of Brazil`s top universities, Sao Paulo USP in 2022, and has since gained continuous clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and exercise-based therapy. He is passionate about helping people move better, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their bodies through evidence-based treatment and personalised care.
His special interests include movement analysis, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and postural rehabilitation. He is particularly skilled in sports injury and prevention having worked with elite level Brazilian Football Players at the Serie A Sao Paulo Football Club. Felipe believes that understanding how a person moves in daily life and during training is key to achieving long-term, sustainable and robust results, not just short-term symptom relief.
Outside of the clinic, Felipe enjoys training in the gym, swimming, and continuously learning more about human performance and health. He has a strong interest in physical training and enjoys challenging himself to improve both physically and professionally. This active lifestyle helps him connect with patients and better understand the physical demands, injuries and challenges they face in their leisure and work activities in everyday life.
